What Lighthouse Pro measures and how it works
What does Lighthouse Pro actually measure?
Everywhere a customer might find you, on a schedule: your rankings on the searches that matter, your map position measured from up to 49 real points across your service area, the rivals around you and their strength, what AI assistants say when asked who to call (stored word for word), your reviews against your market, the 15 directories that feed the ecosystem, your website's health, your link profile, and on Pro the phone itself: calls and leads stamped with their source. Every number follows the same rules: measured, never modeled, with the evidence one click away. The full method is public at how we measure.
What are the plans?
Three, by depth of measurement. Starter is the honest portal: weekly rankings, reviews, listings, and your Monday story. Growth adds daily tracking, the 49-point map, the full rival picture, and website care. Pro adds the AI answers, ads intelligence, call tracking, and Google's own numbers. Current prices live on the pricing page, and every plan is month-to-month.
Can I cancel? What happens to my data?
Cancel anytime; every plan is month-to-month with no lock-in. The measurements we took while you were a customer are yours: ask and we hand you your measurement history so you leave with the record, not just memories of it. No retention scripts, no exit interviews.
Why do you ask for a Google grant, and is it safe?
On Pro we ask for read-only access to your Google Search Console and Business Profile. That lets your portal show Google's own numbers, the searches Google says you appeared for, next to our independent measurements, so the two can vouch for each other. Read-only means we can look and never touch: we can't post, edit, or delete anything, and you can revoke the grant in your Google settings at any moment.
Why is your authority score different from Ahrefs' DR?
Because they measure different things and neither is "the true number". DR-class scores are each vendor's own popularity index, and the same site scores differently on every tool. Our Lighthouse Authority score is a 0-10 built from a fresh crawl of your actual links: how many real domains point at you, the quality of the sites doing the pointing, and spam signals, blended and shown WITH the list of links behind it. The value isn't the number; it's the same number measured the same way every month, with receipts, so movement means something.
I run an agency. Can my clients use this under my brand?
Yes, that's the white-label program: your logo, colors, and name on every client-facing surface, and we support you rather than your clients, so they never hear our name. Two boundaries keep it honest: you can hide any section from any client, but you can never edit a measurement, and support flows through you. The full story, with the margin math, is on the agencies page.
Is there an app?
Yes, the honest kind. Apple's App Store rules (guideline 4.2.6) forbid every vendor in this industry from publishing separately branded portal apps, so anyone promising you an App Store app is working around the rules or reselling a template. Our portal installs from the browser straight to your home screen: tap the link, add to home screen, and it opens full-screen with its own icon like any app. Same on Android.
What's the free grade, and what's the catch?
The free grade checks your whole findability picture in about a minute: your Google presence and reviews, the key directories, your website's health if you have one, and a glimpse of who outranks you. It's a real letter grade with the checks listed, not a scare tactic, and businesses without a website get graded on presence alone. The catch is only that it's the top of our funnel: if the grade shows problems, we'd like to be the ones you hire to fix them.
SEO reports & subscriptions
The one-time reports and weekly reports
How fast do I get my $9 SEO report?
It arrives by email, usually within the hour. The email contains a private link, no login needed, and the link stays live for 30 days. The report is yours to keep: save it, print it, or share it with whoever does your marketing.
How often do weekly reports arrive?
Every 7 days from the day you subscribe, with your first report usually within the hour of signing up. Every weekly report is the complete deep-dive, re-researched from scratch: rankings, competitors, reviews, directory listings, and website health. Your first report is the baseline; every report after that shows exactly what changed week over week: areas gained or lost, ranking moves, and competitor shifts.
How do I cancel a report subscription?
Reply to any report email or write to [email protected] and we cancel it the same day, no questions, no retention script. You keep access to every report already delivered for the life of its link.
What if my report doesn't arrive?
First check spam for mail from [email protected]. Still nothing? Reply to your receipt email and a real person will chase it down and make it right, that same day whenever humanly possible.
When does the $49 market intelligence report arrive?
Within 2 business days. Unlike the instant reports, a real analyst reviews every market intelligence report before it ships. Its private link stays live for 90 days.
Do the reports work if my business doesn't have a website?
Yes. Map rankings, competitor tracking, review watch, and market intelligence are all based on your business listing, not your website, so they work fine without one. The website-health sections simply don't appear. If the report shows competitors ranking where you're invisible, that's usually the moment a website starts paying for itself.

The done-for-you website builds
How much does a website cost?
Starter Website is $199 setup plus $39/mo and covers one sharp mobile-responsive page with up to 5 sections (services, reviews, about, contact), a quote form, click-to-call, hosting, and security. Launch Website is $799 one-time and covers a 1-5 page mobile-responsive site with a quote form, click-to-call, and pages set up so Google understands them (on-page SEO). Growth Engine is $1,295 one-time and adds individual service pages, 3-5 city or area pages, words that turn visitors into callers, and visitor tracking set up for you. Every package includes the first month of care, so there's nothing extra to start.
What is the Starter Website and who is it for?
Starter is the fastest, most affordable way to get a real website online: $199 setup, then $39/mo keeps it hosted, secure, and monitored. It's built for new and small businesses that need to look established today. It's month-to-month with no contract (cancel anytime) and includes one sharp page with up to 5 sections, plus one revision round before launch. Need SEO, more pages, or growth support later? Upgrading to Launch or Growth is easy.
What does managed care include?
Care keeps your site hosted, secured, backed up, and current. We run it on Cloudflare with the security padlock (HTTPS) on every site, save every change with history (in GitHub) so nothing is ever lost, and make small content edits for you. There's no website software to log into. The Starter Care Plan is $39/mo, the Care Plan is $99/mo, and the Growth Plan is $199/mo. The first month is included with your build.
Can I cancel my care plan?
Yes. Every monthly plan is cancel-anytime with no long-term lock-in: the Starter Care Plan ($39/mo), the Care Plan ($99/mo), and the Growth Plan ($199/mo). Each starts with the first month included with your build.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly subscriptions include a 30-day trial, so you can stop within the first month if it isn't a fit. One-time build fees pay for design and build work that starts as soon as you complete intake, so review your package and ask us anything before you check out. If something's wrong with your build, we'll make it right within your revision rounds.
How long does it take to build my site?
A Launch Website is typically ready in 3-5 business days and a Growth Engine in 4-7 business days, measured from your completed intake. If you need it faster, Rush Delivery is a $99 add-on that moves your build to a 1-2 day turnaround.
What counts as a "completed intake"?
After checkout you fill out a short intake form with the details only you know: your services, the cities and areas you cover, your business hours and contact info, and your photos (up to 50 gallery images, and if you don't have many we can use high-quality stock photos picked for your trade). Your intake is complete once you've answered those questions and uploaded your content. The build clock starts from that point, not from the day you paid.
Can you build it faster than the standard timeline?
Yes. Rush Delivery is a $99 add-on that prioritizes your build for a 1-2 business day turnaround after your completed intake. The fastest way to speed things up is to complete your intake fully so we're not waiting on photos or details.
What are the stages between paying and going live?
Your project moves through five stages you can track in your dashboard: getting started, building, your review, approved, and live. Change rounds happen inside the review stage, you see exactly where your site is at every step, and nothing publishes until you approve it.
Websites · ownership, SEO & care
What's yours, how changes work, and what care covers
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. You own your domain and your content, we host and maintain the site for you on Cloudflare, and the work is yours to take with you if you ever decide to move on.
How many revisions do I get?
Launch Website includes one revision round and Growth Engine includes two. During review you see a private preview of your site, send your changes in one batch, and we apply them before you approve. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
What if I need a change after launch?
Small content edits, like swapping a photo, updating hours, fixing a phone number, or adding a service, are part of an active care plan. If you want to add whole pages, an Extra Page is $29 each (1-10 at a time). You request changes through your dashboard and we handle them; you never edit the site yourself.
Will my site be mobile-friendly and fast?
Yes. Every site is mobile-responsive and built to load fast on a phone, where most home-service customers find you. We check the layout on phone, tablet, and desktop so your quote form and tap-to-call stay easy to reach.
Do you set up local SEO?
Yes. Launch Website pages are set up so Google understands every page (basic on-page SEO). Growth Engine goes further with individual service pages and 3-5 city or area pages structured for local search, plus visitor tracking and Google's search reports (Google Analytics + Search Console) set up for you so you can see how people find you. We also offer Google Business Profile optimization as a $99 add-on.
Can I use my own custom domain, and is it secure?
Yes. We connect your custom domain and handle launch support as part of every build. Every site runs on managed Cloudflare hosting with the security padlock browsers look for (HTTPS), so it's secure by default with nothing for you to configure.
Do I get analytics?
Growth Engine includes visitor tracking and Google's search reports (Google Analytics + Search Console), set up for you, so you can see your traffic and how your site performs in search. If you're on Launch Website and want visitor tracking added, we can set it up, just ask.
Can I see a sample report?
Yes. We publish real sample reports on a real business, not mockups: browse the sample report gallery to open a live full SEO report ($9 one time) and a live weekly report ($14.99/mo), or start from the free website grade and get your own in minutes.
What does the care plan actually maintain?
Your care plan keeps the site hosted on Cloudflare, secured with the padlock browsers look for (HTTPS), backed up, and saved with full history (in GitHub) so nothing is ever lost. It also covers small content edits (new photos, updated hours, seasonal offers, added service or area pages) so your site keeps pace with your business after launch.
Can you optimize my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile Optimization is a $99 add-on. It helps your business show up better in the local map results and ties your profile to your new site so the experience is consistent for customers searching nearby.
Do you write the copy, or do I?
We write it. Using the details from your intake, our team of Andy Moore, Luis Otero, and Jose Otero drafts conversion-focused copy for your trade. You review it during your revision round and tell us what to adjust. You supply the facts; we turn them into copy that brings in calls.
