Privacy policy

We keep this short and plain. Here is what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.

Last updated: August 2026.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to build and support your website.

  • Contact form. When you reach out, we collect your name, email, phone, business name, trade, city, and the message you send.
  • Intake. After you purchase, we collect your business and project details: services, service areas, photos, and the information needed to build your site.
  • Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card numbers.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

  • Reply to your message and answer your questions.
  • Build, launch, and support your website.
  • Send your receipt and account-related messages.

The measurement platform

Our core product measures how businesses show up online. Most of what it records is public information about businesses, not personal information about people: search results, map listings, review counts, directory pages, and what AI assistants answer when asked about local services.

  • The free grade and reports. When you request a grade or buy a report, we collect the business details you submit and the email address to deliver it to, and we keep the measurements we took so your next grade can be compared against them.
  • Portal accounts. The customer portal signs in by emailed magic link; we store your email and basic usage of the portal (like which sections you open) to make the product better and to know our reporting is being read.
  • Google grants. On plans that include it, you may grant us read-only access to your Google Search Console and Business Profile. We can look and never touch: no posting, editing, or deleting, and you can revoke the grant in your Google settings at any time. We store the numbers Google reports for your business to show them in your portal.
  • Call tracking. On plans that include it, calls to your tracked number are logged (time, duration, caller number) so your portal can connect visibility to real calls. Where you enable call recording, you are responsible for the caller disclosures your jurisdiction requires, and recordings are available only to you and the people you authorize.
  • White-label. When an agency runs your portal under its brand, the agency is our customer and decides what you see; we process the measurements on the agency's behalf and never edit them. Questions about an agency-branded portal go to the agency.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade it or rent it to anyone.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you ask us during a phone call to text you information, or you text one of our numbers first, we use your mobile number only to send those messages. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies and is typically low. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. Details of the program are in our Website Services Agreement and on our SMS opt-in page.

Third parties we rely on

We use a small set of trusted services to run the business. They process your information only so we can deliver our service:

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Resend: sending email such as receipts and replies.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of our site and yours.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as we work together and as needed to support your site and meet our records obligations. If you want a copy of your information or want it deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

To request deletion, email [email protected].
